This mini-site holds information and links you need to find out about some of the latest developments around provision for Learners' with Learning Difficulties and/or Disabilities (LLDD) in Central London.
LSC London has reviewed current provision for learners with learning difficulties and/or disabilities in order to plan future use of resources and expertise.
A draft regional strategy was produced with the aim of becoming an international exemplar in providing high quality education and training opportunities for post 16 learners with learning difficulties and/or disabilities.
The launch of the draft strategy
took place on 21st June 2007 at City Hall. The document lists five goals and outlines what steps are to be taken in London to achieve the aim and vision.
The views and experiences of groups and individuals are crucial and will make a vital contribution to the recommendations. A series of consultation events took place throughout July. Details regarding the consultations that took place both in Central London and in other areas can be accessed from this mini-site.
On-line responses

The deadline for all responses was Tuesday 31st July 2007.
Feedback from the consultations that took place on 17th and 18th in Central London have been posted on this mini site, together with the final report which collates all the responses from the London region.
