The Qualification and Curriculum Authority (QCA) has commissioned Tribal Education to cary out this evaluation, which aims to review whether the Skills for Life qualifications remain fit-for-purpose in the context of World Class Skills.
The overall evaluation focuses upon:
- Skills for Life literacy at Entry 1, 2 and 3, level 1 and level 2
- Skills for Life numeracy at Entry 1, 2 and 3, level 1 and level 2
- Skills for life ICT at Entry 1, 2 and 3
The evaluation will collect feedback from the full range of stakeholders:
- Learners
- Employers
- Skills for Life teachers and managers
- Vocational teachers and managers
Please note that neither ESOL qualifications nor Key skills qualifications are covered by this evaluation.
